Grahame

Hello, I'm Grahame Peace from England, I have always enjoyed writing, but most of it had been academic or work-related. My work background was nursing and I worked in Mental Health Services for the NHS for over 36 years before I retired in 2014. Since then I have been writing humorous fiction and fantasy/mysteries. I have published four books to date, and I'm currently working on my fifth, which is the third book in my fantasy/mystery series.

Ernest

I'm Ernest Brawley, from Los Angeles California. My father and uncles were correctional officers, and I was raised on the grounds of prisons all over the state of California. I worked my way through college in the tomato fields of the Great Central Valley and as a guard at San Quentin Prison, where I served in Death Row, the Big Yard, and as a rifleman in the gun towers. Eventually I received an MA in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University. After a stint in the US Army, I spent several years working my way around the world as a deckhand, dishwasher, reporter, money changer, movie extra, bartender, and ESL teacher. I hitchhiked from California to Argentina, France to Singapore, and then on to Japan. Eventually I backpacked across Soviet Russia to Europe. Perhaps the root of my wanderlust was that I sometimes felt like an escaped prisoner. Finally I settled in Paris, where I lived the cliché of "the penniless artist." Yet it was in Paris that I wrote my first novel, THE RAP. Based upon my experiences as a guard at San Quentin Prison, it was a big hit, sold to the movies, and brought me literally from rags to riches, which I squandered by living the European high life for a couple of years. Since then I've spent my life writing, teaching, and continuing to travel, visiting every continent except Australia, living and working in Buenos Aires, Paris, London, Rome, Granada, Bombay, Bangkok, and Tokyo, teaching at the University of Hawaii, Hunter College, New York University, and the Sorbonne-Pantheon. I am a recipient of the Joseph Henry Jackson Award in Literature, and served for several years on the Fiction Award Committee of the National Endowment for the Arts in Washington. I have published three novels. Little Machines Press/Roots Digital Media has just republished my first two novels, THE RAP, http://amzn.to/1E2N6Im, about the attempted assassination of a famous black revolutionary in a state prison, and SELENA, about a beautiful Mexican-American union organizer in the fields of Central California , http://amzn.to/1JGHkNo, and will soon follow with my new work of fiction, BLOOD MOON, which is based upon the experiences of my Arizona ancestors in the bloodiest land war in the history of the West. I now live in Pasadena, California, and just completed a new feature film script entitled JIHADI JOE, about an American spy who infiltrates ISIS and attempts to prevent the production of a dirty bomb.

ronald978

Hi, my name is Ronald Walker. I am a writer of light Comedy & Romance, Poetry & Short Stories, and something that I consider Complimentary Literature. Basically, I like to write small series of books. My goal, I am hoping to present some light and inspiring readings that could be complimentary, or establish some leisure to reading. Most of my publications could be found on the major distribution outlets such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc. Though long ago, I have had some of my poetry printed in various publications. I’ve also have had four of my publications established through a traditional publication outlet. Presently, I am working on the second book of one of my mini-series. I am looking for an agent, I feel it could probably be a manager to help me with managing promotional application of my publications. I admit, aspiration has got me looking towards higher perceptions of, and for appeal. Also, I am looking to establish one of mini-series into a screen write presentation. If anybody know of anybody who is inspired in the genres listed above, and is suitable to try and see if those prospects could possibly be acknowledge through success, could you please let me know. My publication outlets are http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/Ron234 &https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/ronald93783. In an attitude of trying to look through the profoundness of acceptance, best wishes to us and for us. In other words, best wishes to inspired and inspiring realities.

JTFISHER

Hi. My name is Judith Fisher. I am a writer. I've been writing my whole life (even since I wrote with crayons all over my mother's wallpaper when I was two). Now that I am retired, I can finally write what I'd like instead of speeches and public relations pieces for not-for-profit organizations, where I spent my adult career.
So, with that being said, I hope you'll give my fiction a try. I have attempted to write lighter fiction that deals with the difficult topics that most people have a hard time talking about, in hopes that it will become the genesis of some healing conversation. Topics like suicidal ideation, alcoholism and addiction, sexual abuse, and more.

I absolutely thrive on constructive criticism, because only in that way can I improve as a writer.

Thanks and happy reading.

Rromanella

Currently, Founder, President and CEO of 3Sixty Management Services, LLC. And author of the book Tighten the Lug Nuts. 3Sixty Management Services is a complete management services company with seasoned professionals focused on, Thought Leadership, Leadership Development and Process Improvement.

Prior, I served as CEO and Director of UniTek Global Services based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. UniTek Global Services is a provider of engineering, construction management and installation services to companies specializing in the telecommunications field. In this role, I was responsible for leading restructuring and sales efforts along with rapidly building the enterprise brand and developing a culture needed to integrate past acquisitions, while creating a unified company with one vision and brand.

Prior to UniTek I spent 36 years at UPS, a global corporation with one of the most recognized and admired brands in the world. UPS is the world's largest package delivery company and a leading global provider of specialized transportation and logistics services, managing the flow of goods, funds and information in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.

During my 36-year career at UPS, I served as President and General Manager, of UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Here, my responsibilities included the integration of over 20 acquisitions that became UPS Supply Chain Solutions, a global entity.

My responsibilities included the execution of revenue growth and business goals with complete P&L responsibilities in North and South America. This business unit provided global transportation, freight, logistics and distribution, and international trade services. As it’s leader I had to develop a distribution strategy among the many verticals we served and build an organic growth strategy. The hallmark was the development and implementation of a health care distribution strategy that today is the growth engine for UPS Supply Chain Solutions.

During my career I also served as President of Retail Operations which included MBE & The Rebranding to the UPS Store Network. Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. (MBE), a wholly owned subsidiary of United Parcel Service (“UPS”) of America, Inc., is the world’s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal, printing and business service centers. The UPS Store® and Mail Boxes Etc. ® together comprise nearly 5500 independently owned locations in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.

This opportunity gave me the opportunity, insight and knowledge of franchising and franchising networks along with internet sales to compliment same store sales and new store sales.

Finally, during my traditional UPS career I held an array of positions including: Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the South California District, the Iowa and Upstate NY districts. I was President of the East Central Region and the Southeast Region where I had responsibility for all facets of the business in the 10 districts, throughout the nine states, along the eastern seaboard and District of Columbia that encompassed 72,000 employees.

I Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Executive Management from St. John’s University in New York.
